I’m Alana

I work with corporate leaders, small business owners, coaches and entrepreneurs who feel disconnected from themselves. Burnt out, frustrated or stuck in a version of success that doesn’t feel like you.

After two burnouts of my own, I’ve learned something essential. You need to create a safe container for your life. That’s why I built a process grounded in nervous system regulation, and layered it with tools for rewiring and reframing old patterns.

Much like daily affirmations, the Legacy Story we
co-create allows you to reprogram your brain and your body. Our time together is introspective but also practical. It’s built around the Lead Incubator Legacy Story™, a toolkit you can return to every day.

I’m not a therapist, or a coach. I am a strategist, storyteller, and somatic therapist who is going to reflect the best version of your story back to you. A story you want to live. And then I’ll give you a toolkit you can use to change the way you operate.
